Our Referral Reward!
We are often referred by clients to new businesses they feel we may be able to help (Referrals) . If that happens and we are able to assist that business, we love to recognise the trust our clients have in us by offering them a little bit of fun.
For each successful referral, we offer that client an opportunity to select $500 worth of fun. That might be for sailing, cruising, a sports match, hot air ballooning, dining out, golf days or cooking classes just for starters! You can choose and if we can, we will deliver. If you would rather not select something from our menu of fun as a ‘reward’ we would be happy to donate $500 to your charity of choice.
There is something for everyone. You might want to share the experience with your family or with your work team. It doesnt matter. What matters is that you know we are grateful for your referral.
Our Referral Policy
A referral from an existing client is the preferred way for a new client to find us. With so little independent information available, a referral from a friend or colleague makes the decision of finding a Professional so much easier. As a result, we receive many referrals from our Clients and treat each referral very seriously. Just in case there was someone you knew who might require our assistance in the future, you should be aware of our referral policy.
The three key cornerstones of our referral policy are:
- All referrals from Clients are treated on a no-obligation basis. We welcome the opportunity to meet with any referrals but there is no pressure placed on them.
- We ask for a brief introduction (coffee, email, seminar) to any Client referral to avoid any surprises or the feel of ‘tele-marketer’
